Mountain Top Ceremony in Invermere
These two started their day with an exhilarating helicopter ride, lifting off from the valley floor and ascending to a secluded mountain peak. Neither of them had flown in a helicopter before which is always our favorite experience as you can really see the excitement building. The anticipation builds as we approach the chosen peak, where the vast, untouched landscape creates an awe-inspiring setting for your mountain top ceremony. On the mountaintop, the world feels both expansive and intimate at once. It’s amazing to witness and be a part of the experience and these two hit the jackpot with low winds and warm temps for the day. Their ceremony was nothing short of spectacular and following the marriage certificate signing, we spent some time enjoying those big views for some more photos.
Reception at Bighorn Meadows in Radium Hot Springs
After the mountaintop ceremony, their celebration continued at Bighorn Meadows Resort in Radium Hot Springs. Nestled in the heart of the Columbia Valley, this luxurious resort offers the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. With an intimate group of their closest family and friends, they enjoyed an extravagant cocktail hour and tasty appetizers and finger food for everyone to share stories and enjoy each others company. Whilst we drew near to some speeches to mark the occasion, we had selected and edited a few highlight images from their heli-ceremony for their slideshow so they could showcase their experience with their family and friends present. It really was a tasteful way to include everyone in their ceremony without having them on top of the mountain with them.
