Getting Ready for a Fall wedding in Valemount, BC
These two spent the morning with their closest friends and families whilst getting ready in Valemount. It was a beautiful morning in the mountains and a joy to see these two so relaxed as they prepared for their day. The energy started to build as they were finishing up getting ready and unlike many couples these days, they wanted to see each other for the first time as N walked down the aisle. With that in mind, we all set out on the road for the jaw dropping drive to Mt. Robson.

As they arrived at the base of Mt. Robson, the groomsmen were busy putting the final touches to their ceremony spot. Guests began to gather and it really was a picture perfect setting and some of the best weather we’ve had the pleasure of experiencing at Mt. Robson. We were really excited knowing these two still hadn’t seen each other all morning and we could feel the anticipation rising as the bridal party gathered for their procession. What followed was an intimate and touching ceremony, held by a close family member in the calm surroundings in the meadow.

Having exchanged vows, and now as husband and wife, we took some time to get some more photos in the meadow together before heading to the riverside for a little more privacy. The variety of colours we got to enjoy through the lens that day was unreal and something that always gets excited to press the shutter time and time again. After a little time to explore, we returned to Valemount for some photos around the venue before giving these two a little space to recharge before the reception.

With cocktail hour in full flow, N & P spent time with their guests, visiting each table and joining in on the fun along the way. Following a delicious spread, N & P were showered with love and praise from family and friends in speeches and finally got to open up the dancefloor together. With some wonderful dance floor moments, we took a late evening fresh air break and put a creative twist on their favorite treetop hangout.
